Dr. Lisa M. Harris is the CEO of Hybrid & Remote Work Insights and has more than 25 years of combined experience in business management, administration, higher education, customer service, and hospitality.
Dr. Harris’ business knowledge and experience has been recognized in “Global Business and Leadership – Volume 2” by City University of Seattle’s School of Business Management, showcasing her thought leadership.
As a hybrid, remote, and virtual work expert, Dr. Harris has a passion for helping organizational leaders and individuals adapt to modern workforce environments. She also has experience setting up and operating collaborative, flexible, or shared workspaces.
Dr. Harris is currently preparing to co-write a chapter case study on “Accountability in A Virtual Workspace” in the remote and hybrid workplace” with Dr. Christine Gehrke. Dr. Harris earned her Bachelor’s degree from Saint Augustine’s University (NC), her Master’s from National University (CA), and her Doctor of Administration (DBA) from the City University of Seattle. Born and raised in North Carolina, she has called San Diego, California home for over 30 years.
