Dr. Lisa M. Harris is the Founder and CEO of Hybrid & Remote Work Insights, where she provides executive support, professional services, and research-informed insight focused on today’s evolving hybrid and remote work environment.
She is a business professional, consultant, and researcher specializing in hybrid and remote work, leadership support, communication, and professional development. Dr. Harris earned her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from City University of Seattle, where her research focused on employee engagement, retention, and emerging practices in remote work environments.
She is the author of the research study Promoting the Engagement and Retention of Higher Education Remote Employees Through Emerging Practices and has been featured in A Collection of Articles in Global Business & Leadership – Volume 2 through the City University of Seattle School of Business & Management. She also wrote the foreword for the book 7 Days of Positive Habits, reflecting her commitment to encouragement, professional growth, and positive leadership practices.
Through Hybrid & Remote Work Insights, she combines research-informed insight with practical executive support to help leaders, organizations, and professionals move forward with clarity and confidence in today’s flexible work environment.
